【摘要】：21世纪以来，商业环境已发生了巨大的变化，企业正面临着知识经济和经济一体化的新形势。“信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择，坚持以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化”。信息技术提升到了国家战略层面，企业发展的唯一途径是企业信息化。从内部的角度来看，合理配置企业资源非常重要，必须建立企业的最佳业务流程，通过信息流来协同各部门和生产经营单位之间的商流、物流及资金流，提高企业的核心竞争力和对市场的适应性。当前中小企业信息管理系统的设计与实现过程中所包含的研制步骤以及所遇到的技术问题，通过企业信息管理系统的研制开发的具体实践进行深入浅出的阐述，从而揭示出一般性的规律和经验。 本文首先介绍了中小企业信息管理系统设计思想，分析比较了目前信息管理系统面向经营、面向服务，成为提高企业内部经营管理水平的现代化工具的应用状况：深入探讨了模板和AJAX技术在构建信息管理系统设计与建设中的应用，，接下来根据对信息管理系统建设和需求的分析，拟定了技术路线与计划还规划了系统的整体布局，同时系统框架和功能的设计也被整理了出来，在结尾的阶段还对系统的实际应用情况作了简述，以及系统实现采用的关键技术，包括基于BS应用架构，MVC的设计思想，面向对象编程技术，数据库模型设计，Ajax框架等技术。这个系统的应用，预计可以很大程度上减少复杂而繁琐的企业信息管理系统的管理和建立的负担，实现了一套便捷、高效的管理手段和产品销售方式提供给企业方，具有了非常不错的发展趋势，前途光明。 缇客蛋糕店的信息管理系统作为本文的主要叙述对象，已经在成功部署应用，在一定范围内提高了公司经营销售的工作效率，给企业带来了很大的宣传和经济收益。开发这样一套开放的信息展示平台和订单销售管理平台，能满足企业日益迫切的经营管理需求，对于企业的信息化建设具有十分重要的意义。

It is necessary to establish the best business process of the enterprise and coordinate the business flow, logistics and capital flow between various departments and production and management units through the information flow. At present, the research and development steps and technical problems encountered in the design and implementation of the information management system for small and medium-sized enterprises are expounded in depth through the concrete practice of the research and development of the enterprise information management system.
