下一代以太无源光网络中资源管理的研究

  近年来,全球的互联网用户数目持续增加,大量的新兴高速数据业务也不断涌现,包括云存储、云计算、高清电视、网络游戏、视频广播、视频会议和云文件共享等。因此学术界和工业界一直在不断探索部署吉比特带宽的网络设施来满足用户需求。无源光网络(Passive Optical Networks,PON)以其大容量、高覆盖、低成本的优势成为接入网中最主要也极具发展前景的解决方案。为了实现PON系统速率继续升级,电信两大标准组织IEEE和ITU-T分别开始讨论NG-EPON和XGS-PON的标准。本文研究NG-EPON。NG-EPON采用单波长25Gbps,四个波长复用的方式实现100Gbps容量,并有巨大的潜力去支持第五代移动通信的回传前传等业务。与之前的PON系统不同的是,NG-EPON中每个光网络单元(Optical Network Unit ONU)可以同时在一个或多个波长上传送数据,这引发了许多新的问题,例如带宽资源的优化,波长分配的数量和机制,乱序帧问题。因此NG-EPON系统需要设计一个高效的带宽以及波长资源管理的机制。针对EPON和10G-EPON中动态带宽分配(Dynamic Bandw...
