翻译美学视角下《诗经·国风》中植物意象翻译研究

《诗经》是世界上最古老的诗集之一,也是我国重要的一部文化原典。为了将《诗经》这部文化典籍的美传播至世界各地,从19世纪开始,国内外大批学者跃跃欲试,并乐此不疲,各种各样的《诗经》英译本相继问世。意象,为诗歌灵魂之至,也是诗歌美感所在,《诗经》中的意象可谓是中国文学意象中的滥觞,大量的诗篇采用了比兴的手法,从而达到人物的“意”与事物的“象”完美结合。根据艺术的表现手法,《诗经》中的意象可以被分为描述型意象,比喻型意象和象征型意象,各类意象在诗篇中起着不同的作用。本文以许渊冲的《诗经·国风》英译本为例,选取其中占比重最多的植物意象为研究对象,从翻译美学的角度出发,对各类植物意象的审美再现问题进行分析。翻译美学将翻译与美学联姻,是近年来发展比较迅速的研究领域。其旨在运用的美学的原理,去解决翻译过程中对美的认识、美的创造等问题。诗歌是集美于一身的文学体裁,对其翻译更倾向于艺术性,而非科学性,《诗经》更是艺术中的艺术,尤其是其中的意象,因而运用翻译美学的原理去解释《诗经》意象的英译问题颇具研究价值,亦是最佳角度。刘宓庆的翻译美学理论认为艺术性是翻译的基本属性之一,不仅说明文学作品具有形式系统和非...
