世界贸易组织对萨摩亚的影响研究

世界贸易组织自1944年成立以来,在世界范围内确立了国家间贸易规则,帮助解决国家间贸易争端,促进了国际贸易发展。许多国家都在积极努力的想要进入世界贸易组织,然而进入世界贸易组织的过程需要长期的协商规划,每个国家都想维护自己本国的利益,所以对贸易条款和贸易规则的制定尤其重要。每个国家都希望能在进入世界贸易组织后可以极大的促进本国的贸易水平,带动国家经济水平与国际化交流程度,但是近来研究表明,世界贸易组织并不是对所有国家都有着积极促进作用。对于有些国家,尤其是发展中国家,由于不对等的国际间关系,在加入世界贸易组织之后并无得到明显发展。萨摩亚于2012年正式被批准进入世界贸易组织,在之后几年,萨摩亚的贸易变得更加的全球化,然而它的经济情况并未得到显著提升,所以世界贸易组织对萨摩亚的影响究竟如何,值得进一步科学严谨的研究。本文首先对世界贸易组织进行了介绍,包括其发展历程、基本原则和主要作用,然后基于其发展目标,对其成立以来为促进各成员方贸易增长取得的成效进行了评述。其次介绍了萨摩亚的基本现况,包括发展历史与国家特色,并积极加入世界贸易组织的缘由。同时详细描述了萨摩亚加入世界贸易组织的过程与在达...
