巴基斯坦海运绿色供应链运营管理发展策略研究

随着现代社会的发展,世界主要国家认识到,由于土地资源的日益减少,重视开发海洋资源作为替代成为重中之重。考虑到环境可持续性在这一过程中的基础性作用及其可通过有效的绿色供应链管理(GSCM)进行研究,世界发达国家已经建立了大量的基础设施以充分积累未开发海事部门的利益。而巴基斯坦作为一个海洋国家,却一直未能有效开发海洋资源。几十年来,对环境可持续性和生产增长的忽视影响了海事部门的健康发展,这又反过来阻碍该国的经济增长。虽然海运贸易是巴基斯坦经济的支柱,但其国内航运和造船业却处于混乱状态。因此,研究导致海运业没落的主要原因和巴基斯坦海运业达到国际标准所需做出的努力和采取的措施十分必要。首先,本文通过PEST分析法,研究了巴基斯坦海事部门的基本环境。PEST分析法从政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面提供了对相关海事部门结构的详细概述,这有助于理解是否有改善的空间,哪一方面更需要改善以及这样的改善能产生何种程度的积极影响。其次,本文采用层次分析法(AHP)评估了最适合巴基斯坦海事部门发展绿色供应链运营管理的方法,此法也有助于识别问题所在并确定更重要、影响更大的问题。PEST和AHP分析法可以确定问题及...
