氧化钙基吸附剂的形貌及其CO 2 吸附性能

  二氧化碳作为主要的温室气体,是造成全球变暖的因素之一。使用高温氧化钙(CaO)基吸附剂捕获二氧化碳(CO2)得到了广泛关注。本文研究了表面活性剂和惰性介质对氧化钙(CaO)基吸附剂形貌及其二氧化碳吸附性能的影响。通过沉淀法,以聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)和聚醚(F127)为表面活性剂,并以MgO为惰性介质,制备了具有花生状结构的氧化钙基吸附剂,较优的制备条件为[F127]=3 g/L,[PSS]=1 g/L,Ca/Mg=1。结果表明,惰性组分镁的添加显著提高了吸附剂的吸附稳定性,并且Ca和惰性组分Mg的比例对吸附剂的形貌产生了很大影响。以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作为模板剂,以氯化钙和碳酸钠为原料,通过沉淀反应制备出中空球状氧化钙基吸附剂。当十二烷基硫酸钠浓度为2 g/L时,形貌较好。熟化时间对吸附剂的空心程度和壳层厚度有较大影响,较长的熟化时间有利于增加吸附剂的空心程度。
