文章摘要：介绍了砂型、石膏型和熔模铸造复杂、薄壁、精密铝合金铸件的优势和缺点,以及这些铸造技术的最新发展情况。近年来发展应用的铸造技术有：差压、调压砂型反重力铸造技术,硅橡胶模-发泡石膏型-低压石膏型铸造工艺技术,以及Sophia熔模铸造技术等。我国在复杂、薄壁铝精铸件研究及生产方面已取得很大进展,但与国外先进水平相比,仍有一定差距。

Abstr：The advantage and disadvantage as well as the development of sand casting,plaster casting and investment casting technologies for the production of thin walled complex-precision aluminum alloy castings are discussed.Recently,differential/adjusted pressure counter gravity sand casting process,silastic pattern-foamed plaster mold-low pressure casting process and Sophia investment casting process have been developed.There still is a gap between China and advanced countries though China has made great progress in the production of thin walled complex-precision aluminum alloy castings.
