用于无线能量采集的紧凑型宽带整流天线

  本文的工作包括小型化宽带天线和射频-直流(RF-DC)转换电路的设计和制造,主要用于低功率能量领域。本文所实现的新颖设计有助于减小器件尺寸,并且能以多种模式灵活兼容无线局域网(WLAN)。本文可分为三个部分。随着无线系统的出现,宽带整流天线系统越来越需要无线能量采集。本文第一部分介绍共面波导(CPW)宽带天线,该天线具有高增益和双向辐射模式的特点,适用于射频能量采集。通过改变天线形状、馈电间隙、内嵌狭缝、缺陷接地结构(DGS),以及调整辐射器与地之间的间距,对所提出的设计方案进行了优化。本文设计了双频带天线和宽带天线共两种天线,双频带天线工作频带为1.22.8 GHz和3.1-3.7 GHz;宽带天线工作频带为1.8GHz5.1GHz。双频带天线增益高达8.9d B,新型宽带天线在近乎全向辐射模式下的增益为5.6 d B。双频段天线大小仅为1.5cmx 3.5cm,而宽带天线大小也只有1.8cmx3cm。本文详细分析了新型蝴蝶结形狭缝天线、自然启发的三角形裂环谐振器(TSSR)、半圆形地天线和多层天线的天线参数。本论文所设计的所有仿真和测量方...
