埃塞俄比亚政权变迁及其对埃中贸易关系的影响

在经济相互依赖的年代,国家被迫为满足国内外的需求负起责任。在过去的三十年里中国和埃塞俄比亚由于全球经济的变化已经处于结成经济伙伴关系的过程之中。目前埃塞俄比亚的政治系统已经意识到了全球经济的变化并且拓宽了合作范围,同时开展了和中国的贸易。与中国的贸易在过去的二十年里进展顺利。从那时起到现在,自保证和中国的贸易后,埃塞俄比亚的经济就稳定地增长。许多肉眼可见的变化发生在不同的发展项目中。这两个国家已经在实现埃塞俄比亚的国家利益、提高埃塞俄比亚社会的生活期待值和促进双边贸易合作以维持两个国家稳定发展方面签署了不同的协议。这些条约确保了在世界范围内,中国是基于共同利益和相互理解与埃塞俄比亚发展牢固的伙伴关系的国家之一。在过去的两个政权期间,埃塞俄比亚的贸易受到了消极的影响。在德格政权期间所制定的不同的贸易政策使外来者难以和埃塞俄比亚进行贸易。这一政权提倡以国内产品替代进口产品,追求替代进口产品的策略和指令性经济体系的结合;促进高关税壁垒和确保政府所有权前提下的工业化。在帝国时期以保护萌芽期工业免受进口产品的影响为特点——相比于在一个城市的自由企业市场经济中,以城市内的产品替代该城市的进口产品,...
