公民对加纳国家污染水政策的看法研究

当今世界,水污染等环境问题比比皆是,大部地区都被污染问题所影响。即使是很多发达国家都无法百分百的避免环境污染问题,更不用说一些发展中国家,比如撒哈拉沙漠以南的非洲地区,当然也包括加纳。虽然加纳地区水体恶化的速度令人震惊,但是这也给了研究者机会去讨论那些传统上与保护水源有关的机构,系统和决策者的有效性问题。同时,更好地了解公民对国家水政策结果的看法对于避免这一政策失败和加剧水资源冲突非常重要。在本论文中,研究者主要关注于加纳国家水政策中关于“卫生教育和环境卫生”的部分。加纳国家水政策中包含的,卫生教育和环境卫生在城乡供水可携带性方面面临的主要挑战有:通过从家庭,商业和工业(采矿)中不加区分地排放废物(固体/液体)来避免水源污染;维持加纳水务有限公司对阿克拉中央污水收集系统管理的支持。该关注领域的目的是尽量减少环境卫生服务不良造成的水源污染,从而有助于改善社区的健康状况。实现这一政策目标的战略包括:维持其环境卫生政策并确保加纳水务有限公司与负责整体环境卫生(包括排泄物处理)的地方政府合作;坚持收取一定比例的饮用水成本的政策,将该费用作为地方政府提供卫生服务的费用。在以上种种政策战略和目标之...
