上海知识型移民的价值倾向与文化适应状况初探

  随着现代化的发展和城市化的加速,城市间流动人口在数量和范围上持续扩大,而上海,作为中国国内吸引外地劳动力最多的城市,每年都有数十万的外地人口涌入。在此背景下,对于流动人口的跨文化适应研究已成为无法规避的社会课题。本研究以上海知识型移民为研究对象,着重探索了他们的价值倾向(Value Priorities)与跨文化适应水平(Acculturation Level)。 本研究选择了施瓦兹个人研究层面的标准版价值观问卷Portrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ)和陈菲菲的上海年轻知识型移民跨文化适应水平的量表AL-YKM-SH作为测量工具,采取定量分析的方法,对上海知识型移民的价值倾向和文化适应水平做了考察,并进一步测量了以上量表的有效性和可信度。 本项研究揭示了上海知识型移民的首要价值观为“自我的方向”,“博爱”和“成就”。除了对于“享受生活”这一价值观的倾向度远远低与上海本地员工以外,其余的价值倾向基本相同。通过对上海知识型移民的文化适应程度的考察发现:大部分受试者虽然感觉在上海的生活压力过大,但是基本上精神状态健康,拥有良好的社交网络和较高的社会认可度。然而,他...
