社交网络持续使用意向及其妨碍因素研究

　　本研究探讨了鼓励继续使用社交网络的因素及其挑战。内容性、功利性和享乐性满足的结构被理论化,对持续性意图产生显著的积极影响。社会网络疲劳被认为对持续使用意图有直接和调节作用。提出的研究模型包含了使用与满足理论、持续使用意图和社交网络疲劳的构建。本研究探讨资讯分享、个人整合与逃避、社交网络疲劳的直接效应与缓和效应三个构念之间的关系。采用雪球随机抽样的方法,通过在线调查工具收集定量数据,共收集到178份被调查者的数据,并用结构方程模型(SEM)进行分析。研究结果解释了在社交网络中持续使用意图的变异比例较大。从结果来看,信息共享(β=0.207,p=0.006)和逃避(β=0.305,p=0.00)与持续性意图显著相关。个人整合和社交网络疲劳对持续使用意图的影响不显著,但社交网络疲劳可以调节信息共享、个人整合和逃避与持续使用意图之间的关系。此外,还测量了年龄、性别、经验、使用频率、微信使用时间等人口统计学变量,发现性别和微信使用时间对持续使用意愿有显著影响。这项研究有助于从UGT的角度解释鼓励持续性意图的因素与社交网络疲劳带来挑战的方式之间的关系。
