小学新手英语教师自然拼读法教学观念和实践个案研究

自然拼读法是美国、英国等以英语为母语国家的孩子们学习英语的一种教学方法,适用于学龄前或小学阶段的孩子。加之得到许多权威专家的认可,自然拼读法近几年来逐渐盛行于国内小学英语课堂。汉语和英语之间存在语言迁移现象。中国孩子在学习第二语言英语时,习惯借助汉语拼音的发音,而自然拼读法中的部分字母或字母组合与个别拼音发音相似或相同,但有些发音则完全不一样,对自然拼读法的教与学造成了一定影响。通过翻阅研究资料发现,大部分的研究关注学习自然拼读法对中小学学生的词汇、阅读等方面的效果,而对英语教师自身的教学观念和实践却缺少相关研究。笔者选择了公立小学的6名英语新手教师为研究对象,着重探讨以下几个问题:（1）小学英语新手教师对自然拼读法有哪些看法?（2）小学英语新手教师是怎样运用自然拼读法进行教学的?（3）在运用自然拼读法进行教学时,小学英语新手教师遇到了哪些困难?（4）影响小学英语新手教师运用自然拼读法进行教学的因素是什么?本文所运用的研究方法是半结构式访谈和非参与式课堂观察法。研究结果表明老师们主要从自然拼读法教学本身、教师、学生、教材、课程设置等方面谈论自己的观点,主要观点如下:（1）新手教师习惯性...
