《甘肃文化发展分析与预测（2018）》B6篇（节选）英译实践报告

甘肃历史悠久、文化厚重,是华夏文明的文化资源宝库。近年来,甘肃正在充分利用敦煌国际文化博览会这个国家级文化平台大力推进文化产业的发展。在这种背景下,政府机关发布的相关报告等内容的翻译对于敦煌文博会以及甘肃省文化产业的对外发展具有一定的重要意义。本篇翻译实践报告的翻译材料来源于“甘肃蓝皮书系列”,选自于《甘肃文化发展分析与预测》(2018)B6篇,文章题目为“敦煌国际文化博览会的‘文化+’内涵研究”。译者选择了纽马克的文本类型理论作为指导,从词汇、句法以及文本三个方面分析了原文特点后,判断翻译材料主要为信息型文本,而同时其中部分段落提供了客观数据以及在敦煌文博会期间签订的相关协议等内容,因此译者使用了交际翻译为主,语义翻译为辅的方法进行了翻译。在纽马克文本类型理论的指导下,本篇报告首先分析了官方报告的一般翻译方法和原则,再通过具体的难点和实例从词汇、句法和语篇三个层面对使用的翻译方法和技巧进行了研究和分析。词汇层面主要从专有名词、四字格、缩略词等方面进行了分析;句法层面主要对长难句、无主句以及并列句的处理进行了讨论;语篇层面主要对衔接和连贯两个方面进行了探究。通过本次翻译实践过程中对纽马...
