基于英语学习活动观的初中英语单元整体教学个案研究

  《高中英语课程标准》(2017)倡导以活动为基础的英语学习活动观和以主题为基础的单元教学,对初中英语教学有一定的启示。本个案研究旨在探究一位初中英语教师在日常教学中基于英语学习活动观的单元整体教学实践,希望为今后初中英语教学提供一些建议。研究对象是天津市某初中的一名教师及其54名学生。对其12节不同模块的课时进行观察分析。本研究以课堂观察和访谈为主。主要有三个研究问题:(1)这12节课分别采用了哪些活动?每个单元的这些活动是否以单元的主题为重点?(2)学生对基于英语学习活动观的单元整体教学的反应如何?(3)教师对基于英语学习活动观的单元整体教学的反应如何?通过对这12节课的分析及对老师和学生的访谈结果的分析,主要发现如下:(1)英语学习活动观的三大类活动(学习理解类活动、应用实践类活动、迁移创新类活动)在这12节课中均有体现,且大部分是基于主题的,但在这三大类活动和它们的分支活动之间存在着时间比例不平衡的问题,应用实践类活动占用时间、出现的次数最多,其次是学习理解类活动和迁移创新类活动。(2)学生对此种类型课堂表现出极大的兴趣,并能进行适当的输出。但学生提到随着期末考试的临近,这种教学...
