人与智能软件互动中连贯构建的对话句法研究

　　随着人工智能的发展,各种智能聊天软件(如微软小冰)走进了人们的生活,人机对话成为时下的研究热点。通过对现有智能聊天软件的研究,不少学者揭示了人机对话的缺陷,并提出了宝贵意见。但很少有学者从语言学的角度分析人机对话,本文尝试从话语连贯的角度分析人机对话。语篇连贯问题是语言学研究的焦点,对人机对话连贯性构建的研究有助于促进人机对话系统的升级发展。自韩礼德和哈桑的的《英语中的衔接》一书出版以来,连贯研究一直备受关注。然而,近半个世纪以来,由于大多数学者致力于研究独白式语篇的连贯性,如今话语互动的连贯性需要更多的研究。近年来认知功能语言学越来越关注话语互动,致力于研究人们在互动中如何相互理解。Du Bois的对话句法理论是认知功能语言学领域的最新理论成果。我们尝试用Du Bois的对话句法理论来分析人与智能软件互动中的连贯构建,这对于连贯研究是一个新的理论视角。Paul Thagard对连贯研究颇有建树,他在《思想与行动的一致》一书中系统地探讨了认知连贯性,他主要从思维和行动的关系的角度研究认知连贯性,对语言形式上的连贯现象关注不多。我们仍然可以借助Thagard的连贯理论来分析人机对话的连贯...
