《同情者》中美国越战难民的身份危机研究

越南裔美国作家阮清越(1971—)的小说《同情者》是一部以越南人视野写的越战小说,这部小说讲述越战后逃亡美国的越战难民在白人主宰的美国社会中的经历、磨难与焦虑。本文运用霍米·巴巴的后殖民主义理论,从文化身份入手,探讨阮清越的虚构小说《同情者》中难民群体的普遍身份危机,再着重探讨主人公的特殊身份危机,进而更好理解当今难民与移民问题。本论文总共由五个部分组成:第一章是引言部分,概述阮清越的生平以及其小说《同情者》的国内外文献综述,阐明研究背景、目的及意义。第二章是分析越战难民的身份危机。首先介绍越南战争的历史和越战难民产生的原因,其次阐释身份危机的概念及其在越战难民中的体现,并在此基础上论述《同情者》中美国越战难民身份危机的表现。第三章概述《同情者》中“双重意识”的主人公的特殊身份危机。主人公作为法国传教士和越南女仆的私生子在越南被当作异类,他在美国试图通过对模范少数族裔形象和对白人精英的两种“模拟”以期获得美国主流社会的认可,却以失败告终。他最终通过建构混杂身份对美国主流社会进行解构与反抗,在“第三空间”找到自己的身份居所。第四章论述作者阮清越作为一个越战难民在美国的身份危机,并通过论述...
