我院儿科门诊小儿发热用药调查分析

【摘要】目的：了解我院儿科小儿发热的用药情况，旨在为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：资料为2011年我院门诊药房儿科处方，随机筛选出符合小儿发热且有初步诊断的处方600张。统计处方用药构成比、处方金额、引起小儿发热病因的构成比、年龄分布构成比（性别、年龄）、药物使用构成比。结果：我院门诊发热患儿年龄主要分布在3-5周岁，占44.00%；疾病以呼吸系统感染为主，，占80.33%；处方用药以抗菌药物和抗病毒药为主。结论：本次调查显示，针对儿童这一特殊群体，我院门诊对小儿发热用药情况总体比较合理。
