摘要：

以南京医科大学预防医学实验教学示范中心的实践为例，阐述了开放实验室建设的经验。该中心以实验教学模块化、教学内容层次化整合实验教学内容，采用E-learning平台、PBL教学法和本科生导师制提高实验教学效果，建立了专项基金和网络化管理系统以保障开放实验室的长期运行，，取得了很好的效果。
