臭氧治疗非酒精性脂肪肝:细胞因子水平的变化

【摘要】:背景:臭氧溶于血液治疗疾病目前已作为指南之外的补充治疗或者辅助治疗方法,但研究报告多为临床疗效描述性观察,臭氧治疗是否影响血清细胞因子尚不清楚。目的:观察臭氧自体血回输治疗对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清一氧化氮、前列腺素F-2a、白细胞介素6、高敏C-反应蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白、瘦素的影响。方法:选取2013年10月至2014年6月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院肝病科住院治疗的非酒精性脂肪肝患者36例,按患者意愿分为臭氧治疗组和对照组,对照组单独护肝药物治疗,治疗组在护肝药物治疗基础上加用臭氧自体血回输治疗,所有伴有2型糖尿病和(或)血脂紊乱的入选者均接受专业的降糖和(或)降脂治疗,测定所有入选者治疗前后血清一氧化氮、前列腺素F-2a、白细胞介素6、高敏C-反应蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白、瘦素水平。结果与结论:与对照组相比,治疗组患者治疗前血清中前列腺素F-2a和瘦素水平较高(P≤0.05),治疗前后两组患者瘦素差值水平差异无显著性意义(P0.05),而前列腺素F-2a治疗前后差值水平差异仍具有显著性意义(P=0.02)。提示臭氧自体血回输治疗可降低非酒精性脂肪肝患者瘦素水平,改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者瘦素抵抗,对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者远期预后可能有预防及治疗作用。
