中国法庭话语中的修正

　　不管什么样的会话,在交际过程中都会出现这样或那样的阻碍,修正是排除阻碍、维持和保护会话继续进行的唯一方法。会话修正就像话轮转换、优先结构、相邻语对一样,是会话分析的一个组成部分,因而受到会话研究者和二语习得者的青睐。 本文研究的中国法庭话语中的修正属于机构话语的修正,与一般会话中的修正由有所区别。目前,不论在国外还是国内,对机构话语中的修正还只是局限在课堂。法庭话语修正的研究可以验正日常话语修正研究的结论和成果,也可以给一般的语言研究提供启示,从而丰富语言的普遍研究。把语言问题和社会问题结合起来,使语言既具有语言学上的意义和价值,又有社会应用和实践意义。 从二十世纪七十年代起,国外的学者如Jefferson,Sacks,Jefferson & Schegloff(SJS),Goodwin等从不同角度对会话修正展开了深入而广泛的研究,研究的重点在修正结构的三个组成部分和修正的形式与功能上。其他相关研究包括修正与语法,修正与二语习得等。在中国,修正研究直到二十世纪末才引起人们的关注,对修正的研究在国内还处于起步阶段,研究的范围仅仅局限于修正与二语习得的关系上,李悦蛾...
