商业环境对创新战略选择和绩效的影响:从最落后的经济体视角

  在全球化竞争加剧,日益缩短的产品生产周期以及生产和交付技术的进步的大环境背景下,制造业企业的持续盈利能力和绩效表现已经变得更加依赖于持续创新。创新不仅有助于制造业企业创造高的客户价值,从而提高绩效,而且还潜在的影响宏观经济发展和国家社会福利,而这正是创新成为各国政府发展政策的中心议程和学术研究焦点的主要原因。同时,现有研究结果表明,制造业企业的经营在不同的社会经济和社会文化条件下对于创新活动有着不同的选择倾向,从而获得的结果也不尽相同。虽然关于创新管理理论的研究已有很多,但是现有研究仍有一些不足。首先,以往研究主要关注的是西方商业环境下的发达国家和知名企业,而对发展中国家和最不发达国家的商业环境如何影响制造业企业长短期战略制定的研究严重不足。此外,现有关于发达国家的研究成果能否适用于最不发达国家的商业环境还有待商榷。其次,虽然内外部商业环境对企业长短期战略选择和绩效表现的影响研究已有很多,但是当前的理论模型不能在一个模型中同时考量内外部商业环境。为了更好的理解内外部商业环境对战略选择和企业绩效的影响,本文主要有三大研究目的。首先,关于埃塞俄比亚的商业环境对制造业企业的经营决策过程的影响...
