基于NFC技术的生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统设计及应用研究

【摘要】:生鲜农产品是人类健康的重要保证,作为其载体的生鲜农产品供应链一直都是学术界和企业界研究的热点。将物联网和NFC技术应用于生鲜农产品供应链领域,对生鲜农产品供应链实现智能化管理和可追溯具有重要的推动作用。生鲜农产品供应链智能化管理和可追溯的基础是对数据信息的管理,如何对生鲜农产品从源头到餐桌流动过程中的数据信息进行采集、存储、加工、分析和可视化,是当前亟需研究的重要问题。目前,生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统研究还处于初级阶段,利用NFC技术实现生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统的研究还处于空白,在研究过程中面临多方面的挑战:(1)生鲜农产品供应链系统中数据的动态性、复杂性和周期性等特性,为数据的采集、存储、加工、分析和可视化带来不确定性;(2)应用物联网和NFC技术的特性,能否提升生鲜农产品供应链敏捷性、绩效和调节市场变化等需要深入探讨研究;(3)生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统数据采集终端需要多种模块的集成,各模块技术能否成功融合开发和应用是可追溯系统实现的基础保障;(4)可追溯系统是一个复杂的大系统,涉及的数据信息量大、数据格式不一。因此可追溯系统开发平台能否实现对各种数据进行有效的管理和可追溯系统的承载能力大小,均为系统成功应用带来一定的风险;(5)生鲜农产品供应链的公益性及农业弱质性导致其盈利能力较差,资金积累严重不足,制约着生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统建设和推广应用。基于以上背景,作者依据现代供应链发展理论前沿,以物联网架构和NFC技术为主,对生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统的价值、设计、开发和应用进行了全面、系统的研究。取得的研究成果如下:1、提出并验证了NFC技术对生鲜农产品供应链应用价值假设。(1)根据价值研究范式,按照NFC技术灵活性、供应链敏捷性、供应链绩效的价值传递过程,并通过问卷调研取得原始数据,应用最小二乘法对提出的假设进行检验。检验结果表明,NFC技术的灵活性和整合性对生鲜农产品供应链运行的敏捷性、合作敏捷性及消费者敏捷性均产生正向影响,对生鲜农产品供应链绩效的提升具有明显的作用,说明NFC技术的应用可明显提升生鲜农产品供应链应对内外部环境变化的能力,供应链绩效能够得到明显提高;(2)提出并验证了NFC技术在生鲜农产品市场波动的情况下,对生鲜农产品供应链运行敏捷性、合作敏捷性和消费者敏捷性的假设,应用同样的方法进行检验,检验结果表明,相关假设得到支持;(3)针对NFC技术对生鲜农产品供应链库存损失、有效需求和采购策略的影响,构建了问题模型,并根据数值设定分析NFC在生鲜农产品供应链中的价值。分析结果表明,NFC技术能够明显提升生鲜农产品供应链的管理水平,降低供应链库存损失,体现了NFC技术在生鲜农产品供应链中的应用价值。2、设计了基于BD、GSM和NFC等模块的生鲜农产品供应链数据采集终端及采集终端各模块与外设间的通信接口。规划了NFC标签的物理存储结构,实现了NFC标签的DES和RSA的加密算法。根据物联网理论将生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统划分为物理层、服务层、数据层和应用层等4个层次,并设计了可追溯系统信息流程和系统的企业管理、用户查询、政府监管三大管理模块。3、设计并实现了生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统数据库。数据库采用SQL SERVER2008和B/S结构,针对可追溯系统的需求,设计开发了生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统各种数据表及接口,并就表的属性、数据类型和字段长度进行了设计;实现了数据信息处理的流程和服务器数据表;设计开发了NFC标签的各种管理程序。在此基础上,实现了企业端、政府端及消费者查询端数据采集过程和追溯系统模块。4、分析了生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统所需的硬件资源,借助合作供应链企业的资源进行了系统应用部署,系统采用IBM Power 750 4Core 3.50GHz,内存32GB,硬盘容量为2T的2台小型机,并配置了系统的各种参数;对生鲜农产品供应链可追溯系统的生产环节、加工环节、配送环节和销售信息查询进行了测试,测试结果表明:系统硬件资源与软件能够满足合作供应链的当前需求。在此基础上分析了可追溯系统应用结构、构成要素、内部及外部影响因素,提出了可追溯系统的应用对策建议。
[Abstract]:Fresh agricultural products is an important guarantee for human health, as fresh agricultural products supply chain carrier are the hotspot of academe and enterprise. The networking and application of NFC technology in the field of fresh agricultural products supply chain, realize the intelligent management of fresh agricultural products supply chain and plays an important role in promoting traceability foundation of fresh agricultural products supply chain intelligent management and traceability of data management, how to fresh agricultural products from the source to the table during the flow of data acquisition, storage, processing, analysis and visualization, is the current important issues need to be studied. At present, the fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system research is still in the initial stage of implementation of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system using NFC technology is still in the blank, is facing many challenges in the course of the study: (1) fresh agricultural products The dynamic data of product supply chain system, characteristics of complexity and periodicity, for data acquisition, storage, processing, analysis and visualization of uncertainty; (2) the characteristics of networking applications and NFC technology, can enhance the fresh agricultural products supply chain agility, performance and regulation of market changes and needs further discussion study; (3) the integration of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability data acquisition terminal system needs a variety of modules, each module of the successful integration of technology development and application is the basis for the protection of the traceability system; (4) the traceability system is a complex system, the amount of data involved, data format a traceability system development platform. It can realize the effective management and the bearing capacity of the size of the traceability system for all kinds of data, both bring a certain risk of successful application system; (5) the fresh agricultural products supply chain The public welfare and the weakness of agriculture due to its poor profitability, capital accumulation is seriously insufficient, which restricts the fresh agricultural supply chain traceability system construction and application. Based on the above background, on the basis of theory of modern supply chain development, networking architecture and NFC technology, the traceability system of fresh agricultural products value. Supply chain design, development and application of a comprehensive, systematic study. The research achievements are as follows: 1, proposed and verified NFC technology for fresh agricultural products supply chain application value hypothesis. (1) according to the value of the research paradigm, in accordance with the NFC technology, flexibility, agility of supply chain, supply chain performance value transfer process has the original data, and through questionnaire, to test this hypothesis using the least square method. Test results show that the flexibility of NFC technology and the integration of fresh agricultural products supply chain operation Agility, there has a positive impact of cooperation agility and consumer agility, has a remarkable effect on the performance of fresh agricultural products supply chain improvement, indicating that the application of NFC technology can significantly enhance the supply chain to deal with changes in the external environment of fresh agricultural products, supply chain performance can be significantly improved; (2) put forward and verify the NFC technology in the market volatility of fresh agricultural products under the condition of fresh agricultural products supply chain agility, cooperation agility and consumer agility assumption, use the same method of testing, test results show that the hypothesis is supported; (3) according to the NFC technology of fresh agricultural products supply chain inventory loss, affect the effective demand and procurement strategy, constructed problem model, and according to the numerical analysis of the value of NFC in the setting of fresh agricultural products in the supply chain. The analysis results show that the NFC technology can significantly enhance Fresh agricultural products supply chain management level, reduce supply chain inventory losses, reflects the application value of.2 NFC in fresh agricultural products supply chain, is designed based on BD, GSM and NFC communication interface module and so on fresh agricultural products supply chain data acquisition terminal and data acquisition terminal modules and peripheral planning. The physical storage structure of the NFC tag, realizes the encryption algorithm NFC tag DES and RSA. According to the theory of the Internet of things will be fresh agricultural supply chain traceability system is divided into physical layer, service layer, the 4 layer data layer and application layer, and the design of enterprise management, traceability system and information flow system the user query, government regulation three.3 management module, the design and implementation of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system database. The database uses SQL SERVER2008 and B/S, according to the traceability system requirements, design and development of the students Fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system for all kinds of data table and interface, and attribute tables, data types and the length of the field is designed; realize data information processing process and server data table; the design and development of the NFC tag management procedures. On this basis, the government and the enterprise side, end consumers at the end of the process of data collection and query traceability system module.4, analyzes the fresh agricultural supply chain traceability system required hardware resources, the system deployed by means of cooperation of supply chain resources, system uses IBM Power 750 4Core 3.50GHz, memory 32GB, hard disk capacity of 2T 2 minicomputer, and a variety of configuration the parameters of the system; production of fresh agricultural products supply chain traceability system for processing, distribution and sales information were tested. The test results show that the system hardware resources and The software can meet the current demand of cooperative supply chain. Based on that, the application structure, elements, internal and external influencing factors of traceability system are analyzed, and the application countermeasures and suggestions of traceability system are put forward.
