大学英语课堂教师行为评价

  教与学是外语教育中的两个方面。教师的教与学生的学是教育学所包含的两个重要内涵。教学相长,相辅相成,所有的教学活动都离不开这两项内容并围绕其展开。因此,要提高教学效果,促进更好的学习,我们除了要研究学生的学习,我们也要研究教师的教。教师的教直接影响学生学习观念、方法和学习效果。对于老师的教,我们既可以用学生考试成绩来作为对老师的教学效果的判定,也可以通过课堂教学行为的观察等形式来作出评价。教师评价从上个世纪五十年代形成以来,越来越受到教育界的认可和重视。教师课堂行为评价是教师评价的一个重要组成部分,教师行为评价能较及时、全面地反映教学过程中各种因素的现状、发展和变化。获取教师教学评价资料,对于提高教师评价的全面性和准确性具有重要的意义。关于教师评价行为,国内的研究主要集中在教育学方面,但几乎没有人将这一课题引入到外语教学课堂中。国外在这方面的研究也不多,仅是在近二十年内才受到教育界的关注,但人们对此问题的关注及研究明显呈上升趋势。外语教育在我国由来已久,但真正广泛、规范的外语教学仅仅二三十年的时间。大学英语教学,正经历着一场变革。教学大纲、教材、教学模式、测试体系都在逐步变化。为了更好迎...
