淮北:探索“复合型”医疗保险付费方式成效显著

【摘要】：正近年来,安徽省淮北市不断加大城镇基本医疗保险付费方式改革力度,积极探索"总额预算、弹性结算、按病种付费"的复合型费用结算方式,为控制医药费用不合理增长和保障基金安全等发挥了重要作用。总额预付控制。通过总额控制,有效控制医院任意扩大服务项目、增加住院天数和病人数量,遏制医疗机构追求经济利益最大化的行为,促使医疗机构积极控制医疗消费。
