【摘要】: 二十世纪后半叶,可持续发展发展的思想风靡全球,成为每个国家政府和学者的重要研究课题。与此同时,系统科学在非平衡热力学推动下也得到长远的发展,诞生出了诸如耗散结构、协同论、超循环理论等一系列成果,这为指导二十一世纪的可持续发展战略提供了有力武器。 本文在已有研究成果的基础上,提出可持续发展研究对象实际上是一个客观存在的耗散结构,命名为可持续发展系统(SDS),SDS包括政府、社会、经济、生态和环境五个子系统,并依靠外界输入的物质能量来维持生存;然后结合协同学理论进行分析,指出实现可持续发展,必须通过增强SDS的稳定性和提高SDS的适应性来实现,并得出了增强稳定性和提高适应性的途径;最后分析了中国可持续发展的实际情况,并分别从稳定性和适应性两个角度出发,提出了具体建议以推动中国可持续发展事业的进步。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, the thought of sustainable development swept the world and became an important research topic for the governments and scholars of every country. At the same time, the system science also got long-term development under the impetus of non-equilibrium thermodynamics. A series of achievements, such as dissipative structure, synergetic theory and hypercyclic theory, were born, which provided a powerful weapon for guiding the strategy of sustainable development in 21th century. Based on the existing research results, this paper puts forward that the research object of sustainable development is actually an objective dissipative structure, which is named Sustainable Development system (SDS / SDS) including government and society. Economic, ecological and environmental subsystems, and rely on the external input of material energy to maintain survival; Based on the theory of Synergetics, the author points out that to realize sustainable development, we must strengthen the stability of SDS and improve the adaptability of SDS, and get the way to enhance stability and adaptability. Finally, this paper analyzes the actual situation of China's sustainable development, and puts forward some concrete suggestions to promote the progress of China's sustainable development from the two angles of stability and adaptability.
