　　本文是一篇翻译实践报告,原文选自赫曼特·塔内加（Hemant Taneja）和凯文·梅尼（Kevin Maney）合著的《非规模化趋势:人工智能和一代新贵如何创造未来经济》（Unscaled:How AI and a New Generation of Upstarts Are Creating the Economy of the Future）。节选的第六章和第七章主要向读者介绍了银行业和媒体行业如何打破传统规模发展模式,利用人工智能和新一代科技发展非规模经济。原文列举分析了许多小型和新兴企业通过开发利基市场和为用户提供个性化服务与大企业成功竞争的案例。该项目将对企业未来的发展模式以及人工智能的研究探索提供借鉴和启示意义,同时也有利于译者翻译水平的提高。结合原文本类型和语言特征,在纽马克（Peter Newmark）文本类型和交际翻译理论的指导下,译者针对一词多义和破折号两大翻译难点探讨了一系列行之有效的翻译方法。针对一词多义,译者采用了词义选择和引申法;针对破折号,译者采用了保留、省略和替换法,从而确保原文信息的准确传递和译文的可读性。
