生态经济在我国的发展及对策探讨

【摘要】：培育和发展生态经济是生态文明建设的中心任务。现阶段,我国具有发展生态经济的基本条件和实践基础,但在认知、技术、制度、理论体系等方面也面临诸多困境。要全面推动我国生态经济建设,使生态经济融入到国民经济和社会发展的各个层面,还需要社会各界克服多方面障碍,多方面寻求创新和突破。要大力提升整个社会的生态文明意识、大力发展生态科技、消除发展生态经济的制度障碍、完善生态经济学理论体系等,为实现可持续发展而努力奋斗。
[Abstract]:Cultivating and developing ecological economy is the central task of the construction of ecological civilization. At present, China has the basic conditions and practical basis for the development of ecological economy, but in cognition, technology, system, Theoretical system and other aspects also face many difficulties. In order to comprehensively promote the construction of ecological economy in our country and integrate ecological economy into all levels of national economy and social development, it is also necessary for all sectors of society to overcome various obstacles. It is necessary to vigorously promote the awareness of ecological civilization in the whole society, vigorously develop ecological science and technology, eliminate institutional barriers to the development of ecological economy, and improve the theoretical system of ecological economics, etc. Strive for sustainable development.
