吉布提是联合国认定的世界上最不发达的国家之一,但吉布提的战略位置非常重要,是海上西线的关键之处,也是连接亚非欧市场的首个连接点,更是通往欧洲和非洲的海上必经之地。中国提出“一带一路”倡议以来,中国对吉布提投资已超140亿美元。然而,中吉合作仍面临很多挑战。本文主要基于“一带一路”倡议,研究中国企业在吉布提的投资发展,首先从人文地理学、政治地理学、地理信息系统、经济地理学等多个学科分析,通过研究,探讨地理学在研究投资环境的理论路线和方法。通过对吉布提投资环境的全方位梳理,本文分析了吉布提的基本国情,自然环境、经济环境、经济政策、人文环境等。了解到吉布提的经济落后,科技水平低,但是它有丰富的矿产资源和农牧业资源,同时吉布提的劳动力非常廉价,对外优惠政策多,这是中国企业投资吉布提的优势所在。然而通过对中国企业投资吉布提的问卷调查可以发现,虽然吉布提投资环境相对优越,但是仍然存在农业基础薄弱、基础设施条件落后、港口物流设施不完善以及加工制造业发展滞后等一系列问题,很大程度上影响了中国企业在吉布提的投资前景及长远发展。因此本文针对吉布提投资的优势及问题不足之处,从制定完整的针对吉布提的投资战略、...
