社会资本影响贷款偿还率的机理分析

【摘要】：自二十一世纪以来,各国都致力于扶贫工作,消除贫困成为当前社会特别是发展中国家的首要突出问题。在我国进入扶贫开发的新阶段后,提出要实现"两不愁,三保障[两不愁,三保障:稳定实现扶贫对象不愁吃、不愁穿,保障其义务教育、基本医疗和安全住房。]"的扶贫目标,对于扶贫工作来说有了更高的要求。传统的利用物质资本和人力资本来进行扶贫开发的效应在日益降低,而通过扩大农户的社会网络,提供异质性社会交往的机会,增强参与公共事务的能力与机会,构筑共同的信任体系与协作规范,即通过增加农户的社会资本来进行脱贫,成为了扶贫新的开拓方向。社会资本能够增强贫困人口的合作行为,改善小额信贷的效率,提高扶贫政策,进而对于战胜持续贫困,增强扶贫项目的有效性有着重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, all countries have devoted themselves to poverty alleviation, and the eradication of poverty has become the primary and prominent problem in the current society, especially in developing countries. After China has entered a new stage of poverty alleviation and development, it is proposed that "two should not worry," Three guarantees [two no worries, three guarantees: stable realization of poverty alleviation targets without worry about food, clothing, guarantee of compulsory education, basic medical care and safe housing...]. The effects of traditional use of physical and human capital for poverty alleviation and development are decreasing, and providing opportunities for heterogeneous social interaction by expanding farmers' social networks, To enhance the ability and opportunity to participate in public affairs, to build common trust system and cooperative norms, that is, to lift out of poverty by increasing the social capital of farmers. Social capital can enhance the cooperative behavior of the poor, improve the efficiency of microcredit, improve poverty alleviation policies, and then to combat persistent poverty. It is of great practical significance to enhance the effectiveness of poverty alleviation projects.
