文章摘要：目的评价每日唤醒在ICU机械通气镇静患者中的应用效果。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（CBM）、维普期刊资源整合服务平台（VIP）、Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE、WebofKnowledge、EMbase中关于每日唤醒的随机对照试验，并且筛选纳入文献的参考文献。由2名研究者对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取，对符合质量标准的研究进行meta分析。结果共纳入8篇随机对照试验，包括757例患者。meta分析结果证实，每日唤醒能够缩短ICU机械通气镇静患者机械通气时间（Z=5．36，P〈0．01）、ICU住院时间（Z=22．93，P〈0．05），，降低气管切开率（Z=3．97，P〈0．01），且不增加患者自行拔除管道的发生率（Z=0．53，P〉0．05）。结论对于ICU机械通气镇静患者，每日唤醒是安全有效的，建议临床推广使用。

Abstr：Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods The randomized controlled trials（RCTs） on the application of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were collected through the databases such as the Cochrane library,MEDLINE,Web of Knowledge,EMbase,CNKI,CBM and VIP Data. The quality of studies was critically appraised and data were extracted by two reviewers independently. Meta-analysis was conducted for the included studies. Results Eight RCTs involving 757 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that the application of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU could shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation（Z=5.36,P〈O.O1）,length of ICU（Z=22.93,P〈O.05） and reduce the risk of tracheostomy（Z=3.97,P〈0.01）. Additionally,daily sedation interruption was not associated with increasing risk of removal of endotracheal tube by the patients（Z=0.53 ,P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of daily interruption of sedation in sedated patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU is safe and effective. It is worth being popularized.
