有机物不同添加方式对中国黑土有机碳动态及激发效应影响的机制

  本研究采用室内模拟培养试验,以中国典型农田土壤吉林黑土为研究对象,探究了葡萄糖不同添加方式(单次和重复添加)对土壤微生物生物量碳氮,土壤二氧化碳释放速率和累积释放量及土壤有机碳激发效应的影响。称取相当于40g干土的鲜样装入250 mL 肖特瓶。每个处理设置5次重复,试验采用两因子完全随机设计。因素(A),包括单次和重复两种不同的葡萄糖添加方式。其中单次添加是指在实验开始时一次添加试验设置的碳添加量,而重复添加是指与单次添加等量的碳分5次添加到培养土壤中,对照处理仅添加等量的蒸馏水。因素(B),包括5个肥力水平依次增加的黑土,分别为:土壤Ⅰ,土壤Ⅱ,土壤Ⅲ,土壤Ⅳ和土壤Ⅴ。13C的葡萄糖按土壤有机碳2%的碳添加量,以葡萄糖溶液的形式均匀的加入到培养土壤中。结果表明,不同添加方式对SMBC产生了不同的影响。单次和重复添加处理下SMBC比对照处理分别增加22.9%和11.9%。对土壤肥力水平土壤而言,土壤Ⅳ的SMBC增加最大(比土壤Ⅰ整体上平均增加90%),其次为土壤Ⅴ(比土壤Ⅰ平均增加了 83%)。在培养初期(两周),单次添加处理土壤CO2释放量...
