逻辑思维在法律英语汉译过程中的运用

　　经济全球化已经成为当今社会的发展趋势。随着各国对外交往的日益频繁,法律翻译已成为促进国家进步和实现社会繁荣的重要因素。由于社会进步和时代发展,对法律翻译的需求越来越大,要求越来越高。然而,和国际社会每日大量的法律文本的翻译实践相比,法律翻译理论还比较欠缺。同时,法律英语作为一种特殊文体,比文学语言具有更显著的逻辑思维特征。从思维的角度看,对法律英语翻译主要采用逻辑思维。逻辑作为研究思维的规律、形式和方法的科学,指导并规约着翻译的全过程。在逻辑的指导下进行翻译将会促进法律翻译理论及其翻译实践的发展,而正确的利用逻辑也会大大提高法律翻译的质量。本文从法律英语语言特点分析出发,就逻辑学相关理论在法律英语汉译过程中的运用进行了探讨。 本文首先是对法律英语翻译的综述。介绍法律英语的定义及其在词、句、篇章层面的特点;了解法律翻译在西方和中国的研究情况;讨论翻译界对法律翻译研究力度不够的问题。接着探讨逻辑思维对法律翻译的重要作用。文章简要阐述逻辑思维的定义及其特点并讨论逻辑思维在翻译过程中的主导作用,同时分析了一些常见的逻辑错误,探讨由于法律英语中的模糊性和法律翻译中存在的文化差异所造成的翻译困难,...
