[Abstract]:The proposition of "China and its periphery" began with the discovery by some historians, represented by Ge Zhaoguang in the first decade of this century, of the "Chinese literature on Yan Xing" in Korea and Vietnam when the Ming and Qing dynasties changed. It means a perspective of "looking at China" with the aim of "getting rid of the stubbornness of 'interpreting China by China' and jumping out of the single model of 'judging China only by the West.'"
