城邦制度下希腊妇女地位探析

【摘要】：正要开展希腊妇女社会地位的研究,需要从两个最有代表性的雅典和斯巴达的城邦来重点分析。虽然它们同为希腊城邦,但受地缘政治,文化遗产的影响,两个城邦的妇女生活和地位有显著差异。从法律的角度来看,雅典妇女的地位和未成年人相当,属于被统治者,被排除在公民生活之外,只能间接属于城市。他们不被允许参加公民大会,享有的政治权利必须通过保护人才可以获得,保护人通常是由他们的父亲,丈夫或其他男性亲属。他们生活在保护
[Abstract]:The study of the social status of Greek women needs to be analyzed from the two most representative states of Athens and Sparta.Although they are both Greek city-states, there are significant differences in the lives and status of women between the two city-states under the influence of geopolitics and cultural heritage.From the legal point of view, the status of Athenian women is equal to that of minors and belongs to the ruled, excluded from the civil life, but indirectly belongs to the city.They are not allowed to attend civic assemblies, and the political rights they enjoy must be obtained through the protection of talented persons, usually by their fathers, husbands or other male relatives.They live in protection.
