【摘要】：正多元沦为一元,对应于秩序生产能力的枯竭春秋之际,夷夏犬牙交错,并无天然边界。伊洛崤函,遍布夷踪。夷人用周礼则夏,夏人从夷俗则夷。夷人能筑城者,史乘即以国目之。国字有城有武,近似西欧封建所谓设防城堡。诸侯有国,意味着筑城者自然纳入西周封建体系。晋献公之拓地、百里孟明之远征、宋人之临淮泗,都接触到姓氏可疑、姬周所无的大批小邦诸侯,就情理而言很可能是各种族相继筑城立国的产物。孔子所哀叹的礼崩乐坏,从另一个角度看,就是秩序输出和吸纳必然伴随的分化和变形。礼乐本身就是习惯法的
