当代新加坡中国大陆留学生研究? 摘要 :在全球化时代,留学潮是世界上最普遍 的国际人才流动现象之一。中 国自改革开放以来,出国留学成为一股时代的 潮流。早期中国人出国留学的 目的地主要是北美、澳新、日本以及欧洲等发 达地区,而东南亚地区的中国 人留学潮出现相对较晚,主要发生在 20 世纪 90 年代以后。在中国大陆赴东 南亚国家的留学潮中,新加坡作为一个发达的 国际化国家,成为中国大陆留 学生主要流向国,曾占中国大陆向外派遣的 30 万留学人员中的百分之三强。 新加坡中国大陆留学生问题在东南亚中国大陆 留学生问题中具有一定的典型 性,以新加坡中国大陆留学生为研究对象,对 全面理解和分析当代东南亚中 国留学生问题具有重要的现实意义。与赴欧美 等发达国家留学的其他中国留 学生相比,赴新加坡留学的中国留学生在成分 构成、留学形式、留学目的等 方面具有自己的特点。因此,从移民的角度开 展对当代新加坡中国大陆留学 生问题的研究,对丰富中国海外留学 生问题的研究具有一定的理论意义。 关键词: 新加坡中国大陆留学生 迁移 Research on the Mainland Chinese Students abroad Singaporein the Contemporary Era Abstract: The tide of studying abroad is becoming one of the most widespread phenomenons of transnational human resourses flowage.
