中英两国古代社会救济的差异性

【摘要】：社会救济是国家和其他社会主体对丧失劳动能力、遭受自然灾害以及低收入群体予以物质帮助或精神关怀,以保障其最低生活水平而实施的各种措施。从文献记载可知,中英两国古代社会救济存在许多不同之处,两国古代社会救济的思想基础有多元化和单一性的差异。在救济主体方面,我国古代一直以政府为主导,而英国的救济主体则从教会逐步转换到政府。两国古代社会救济的救助方式各不相同,且对待接受救济者的态度也有差异。
[Abstract]:Social relief is a variety of measures implemented by the state and other social subjects to protect their lowest living standard by providing material help or spiritual care to the incapacitated labor, suffering natural disasters and low income groups. According to the literature records, there are many differences in the ancient social relief between China and Britain, and the ideological basis of the ancient social relief between the two countries is different in diversity and singularity. In the aspect of relief subject, the government was always dominant in ancient China, and the relief subject in England was gradually transformed from church to government. The ways of social relief in ancient China and the two countries are different, and their attitudes towards the recipients are also different.
