文章摘要：目的：探讨中药联合家庭系统心理行为治疗原发性遗尿症的有效性,以及干预后患儿心理的变化。方法：对82例7-13岁的原发性遗尿症患儿随机给予中药联合家庭系统心理行为治疗（研究组）和中药治疗（对照组）。治疗12周观察疗效。在治疗前和治疗后3,6月进行EPQ测试,数据进行统计学分析。结果：研究组有效率为87.5%,对照组为73.8%,两者之间有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组在治疗前EPQ结果的四个维度的得分无显著差异（P〉0.05）,但两组的P和N平均标准分均大于60,高于常模;治疗后3,6月研究组的P和N平均标准分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：遗尿症患儿个性倾向于内向,情绪不稳;经治疗特别是经心理行为干预后,患儿不良的心理问题得到改善。

Abstr：Objective： To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） combining systematic family psychological behavior treatment on primary nocturesis and psychological changes after intervention.Methods：A total number of 82 cases at 7-13 years with primary nocturesis were randomized into TCM combining systematic family psychological behavior treatment group（research group） and TCM treatment group（control group）.All the cases received treatment for 12 weeks and the effects were observed.Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ） was implemented before treatment and 3 month and 6 months after treatment.Results：The effective rate in the research group was 87.5% against 73.8% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups.There was no statistically difference in the four dimension scores of EPQ before treatment（P〉0.05）.The average P value and N value were higher than the normal values（〉60） before treatment in both groups.While after treatment P and N values in the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Children with nocturesis have personality characteristics of introversion and instability.After treatment,especially psychological behavior intervention,the patients＇ psychological problems were improved.
