心理咨询类APP用户的信息获取行为研究——基于四款APP的沟通分析

【摘要】:本研究聚焦于心理咨询类APP上健康信息通过用户沟通进行的传播,选取当前知名度高、影响力大的四款APP作为研究对象,通过对参与沟通的用户、提供沟通渠道的运营商的访谈调查发现:基于倾诉和求助动机用户有很大的沟通需求,沟通正向促进了用户的咨询认知和行为;沟通方式丰富、信息质量高的APP更受用户欢迎;互联网背景运营商比心理学背景运营商更重视用户沟通;未来心理咨询类APP上健康信息的单向传播和通过沟通进行的传播将会同时发力。
[Abstract]:This study focuses on the spread of health information through user communication on the psychological counseling app, and selects four APs with high visibility and great influence as the research object, and through the users involved in the communication, The interview survey of the operators providing communication channels found that users have great communication needs based on the motivation of confiding and seeking help, and that communication positively promotes the users' consultation cognition and behavior, and that app, which has rich communication methods and high information quality, is more popular among users. Internet background operators pay more attention to user communication than psychological background operators. In the future, the one-way transmission of health information on the psychological counseling app and the transmission through communication will simultaneously contribute.
