功能翻译理论视角下的《“一带一路”机遇与挑战》翻译报告

　　随着我国对外开放的深入以及对外经济文化交流的日益频繁,各类外宣资料已经成为对外宣传中国、在国际舞台中展示中国并让世界各国人民了解中国的重要渠道和极具影响力的方式。汉译英工作是外宣的媒介和桥梁,其重要性是不言而喻的,它的外宣翻译的目的在于向国外读者客观真实地介绍中国,以便实现国际交流、加强合作。本文从德国功能翻译论角度出发,以王义桅的书——《“一带一路”机遇与挑战》为例,探讨在功能翻译论指导下外宣翻译的策略。笔者将目的文本和目的语文化作为写作导向,并且结合了以功能派翻译理论为指导的翻译策略:增译法、减译法、重构法和改写法,分析了节选自王义桅的——《“一带一路”机遇与挑战》英译文本。本翻译报告希望能够通过阐释功能翻译理论对我国外宣翻译的重要指导作用,使得译者能更好地掌控翻译原则与翻译方法,提高我国的外宣翻译质量,从而促进中国与世界各国的经济、文化及政治交流,实现各国国际化发展。
