《摩西五经》与《礼记·内则》的性别建构的比较

　　众所周知,《礼记》和《旧约》是今世界有两大历史悠久的文明系统（中国的中华文明和西方的希伯来—基督教文明）中的经典文本。《礼记》是一部重要的儒家经典,它集中系统地描写了中国古代的各种传统礼仪规范,其中的性别观念和文化在中国历史上产生了重要影响。《圣经·旧约》不仅是一部宗教神学典籍,而且一部重要的史学、文学著作,它的文本中有很多关于代表西方传统性别文化和性别观念的描写。《内则》（《礼记》的第12篇）和摩西五经（《旧约》的前五卷）分别是这两部经典的重要组成部分,且都较多地涉及到了中西传统的性别文化。通过从社会性别的视角来分析和比较摩西五经与《礼记·内则》这两个经典文本中性别建构的文化背景、思想依据以及具体的性别规范等三个方面,一方面,我们可以知道两性之间的关系不是由生理性别决定的,而是被社会性别文化和观念所建构的。成书于不同的文化背景的摩西五经和《内则》在如何构建两性关系的具体认知和手段上呈现出不同的特点,但同时它们在其所构建的性别关系模式及其目的上有着共通之处;另一方面,我们还可以更深刻地理解中西性别历史文化,进一步反思中西不同的文化传统对当时人们以及后代的性别观念或行为方式的影响,同时也...
