陆地棉种内杂交F 2:3 群体的耐盐性、纤维品质和产量性状的QTL定位

  世界上超过6%的耕地是盐碱地,因此种植耐盐植物是当务之急。用耐盐陆地棉种质“中棉所35”做父本,盐敏感陆地棉种质“南丹巴地大花”做母本进行杂交,研究陆地棉苗期耐盐性遗传基础。利用277个F2:3群体中共筛选出5178个SNP标记构建遗传图谱,图谱跨度为4768.098 cM,平均距离为0.92 cM。在三种处理条件中(0 mM、110 mM和150 mM盐处理)共检测到66个与耐盐性相关的10个性状的QTL;其中有14个QTL在多个环境均能检出,解释表型变异的2.72%?9.87%,父母本的贡献比例为3:1,10个来自盐敏感亲本,4个来自耐盐亲本;5个QTL位于At亚组,9个QTL位于Dt亚组。此外,确定了8个基因簇,鉴定出12个与耐盐性相关的关键基因。本研究中,基于单核苷酸多态性的简化基因组测序(GBS-SNPs)的遗传图谱是第一个利用陆地棉耐感盐材料构建的高密度遗传图谱,有利于对陆地棉耐盐性更深入研究;基因簇则可用于进一步的QTL精细定位和克隆。纤维品质和产量的提高对于棉花驯化和育种至关重要,随着纺纱技术的转变和市场的多样性需求,棉纤维品质和产量的发展具有更重要意义。本研究中获得的...
