中国应用技术大学科研创新研究

  我国建设创新型国家和科技强国的战略赋予了高等教育参与国家创新以新的使命和意义。在中国高等教育体系内即将占有很大比例的应用技术大学也将在创新领域内发挥更加积极重要的作用。科研创新作为应用技术大学履行区域知识供给者使命的一个重要途径,其转型与变革是实现应用型发展的一项重要内容。本文尝试通过案例研究法甄别出与应用技术大学科研创新最为紧密的因素将其提炼成十二项主题,并通过对这些主题的分析与研究,客观呈现应用技术大学(学院)(下同)的特点与现状,并进一步阐明应用技术大学如何更好的履行其科研创新使命。本文通过案例研究方法,以国内四所应用技术大学作为研究案例,通过深入个案分析呈现出应用技术大学目前科研创新的现状,寻求出与应用技术大学科研创新密切相关的影响因素,发现了存在的问题与矛盾并最终尝试揭示形成这些矛盾的原因。同时通过跨案例对比分析,进一步探寻处于不同地域、不同发展阶段、不同层次以及不同背景的院校在科研创新方面的差异与共性,为提升应用技术大学科研创新能力、改善科研创新现状提出一些建议和参考。文章一共六章。第一章为简介,呈现了目前我国科技创新发展现状及建设创新型国家战略的大背景,分析高等教育在这一...
