《清洁蛋白质：重塑身材、激发能量和拯救星球的革命》（第五章至第九章）翻译实践报告

　　本文是一篇翻译项目报告。翻译项目的原文为凯西·弗雷斯顿（Kathy Freston）和布鲁斯·弗里德里希（Bruce Friedrich）编著的《清洁蛋白质:重塑身材、激发能量和拯救星球的革命》（Clean Protein:The Revolution That Will Reshape Your Body,Boost Your Energy—and Save Our Planet）中的第五章至第九章。所选的材料讨论了清洁蛋白质的来源、摄入方法以及美国肉制品行业现状以及趋势,具体讲述了清洁蛋白质与肉类蛋白质的区别以及这些蛋白质给人类带来的影响。由于在国内尚无全面系统的书籍介绍清洁蛋白质这个话题,因此翻译本书具有十分的意义。本报告以尤金·奈达的功能对等理论为指导,探讨翻译过程中遇到的一词多义、并列复合句等难点及其解决方法。在对等理论的指导下,译者打破原文语法结构的限制,采用选词、引申、切分、倒置等翻译技巧,传达原文思想,力求译文清晰易懂。希望本项目具有一定参考价值,帮助读者更好地了解清洁蛋白质。
