大学英语优秀教师课堂教学中的移情能力研究

  教师的移情能力是指教师所具有的透过学生的显性行为,迅速准确地了解学生的真实想法、内心情感以及行为动机的能力。移情能力在创造和谐课堂氛围、提高课堂教学有效性、促进师生关系等方面具有建设性意义。优秀教师是否普遍具有较强的移情能力值得进一步探究。因此本研究以优秀大学英语教师课堂活动为对象,试图分析优秀大学英语教师移情能力的特征和策略,具体探讨以下三个问题:1)优秀英语教师移情能力可从哪些方面进行观察,并以何种标准进行测量?2)优秀英语教师在移情能力的具体方面表现如何?3)优秀英语教师移情能力总体表现如何?本研究选取了第四、第五和第六届“外教社杯”全国高校外语教学大赛60名获奖教师的课堂教学视频为研究对象,对他们的移情能力进行观察、记录,并予以转写。以分类原则为指导,从认知移情、情感移情和躯体移情三方面进行数据收集,分析教师课堂表现,并予以测评打分。每项分为三个标准:优秀、一般和不合格,分别对应2、1和0分。最后进行数据整合,并用SPSS数据分析软件进行信度分析和效度分析,确保数据的有效性与可靠性之后,再进行数据分析以求得出客观的结论。研究发现:1)优秀英语教师移情能力可以下三个方面观察:认知...
