澳大利亚研究课程教学的小组合作学习研究

随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,国家急需熟练掌握相关国家和地区知识的人才。为满足国家对此类人才的需求,东北某高校在英语专业本科阶段探索性地开设了一系列区域国别研究课程。本研究以约翰逊及约翰逊提出的五要素为框架,旨在探索澳大利亚研究课程教学中小组合作学习的现状、存在的问题及其解决措施。研究以半结构式访谈、课堂观察和问卷调查为研究工具,采用定量与定性相结合的研究设计。研究中对全体49名参与课程的同学发放了问卷,对12名来自不同小组的学生和4位授课教师进行了访谈。研究得出以下结果。第一,组内成员之间互相依赖、信任,但部分学生的消极行为和态度会降低组员间的信赖程度。第二,小组组长责任心强,组员明确小组任务,但也有部分学生在小组合作中没有承担起相应的责任。第三,小组成员之间存在积极互动,他们相互支持、鼓励,以实现小组共同目标,但仍存在缺乏面对面交流以及组员之间互助意识不足的问题。第四,学生已掌握一些社交技能,但在小组合作中未能开展组织有序的交流与讨论。第五,各小组对合作学习的组内评价不足,多数学生对于小组加工不了解,且组内未形成完善的评价机制。教师在组织澳大利亚研究课程教学时应对小组合作学习加以重视...
