国产片“西游记猴王”与美产片“功夫熊猫”的多模态对比研究

  动画电影的制作是一种意义建构过程,其中图像也是符号资源,一些具体的图像通过模态的选择而形成。模态的选择可能会影响观众对图像的印象以及其意义传达的效果。两部动画电影,国产片《西游记之大圣归来》和美产片《功夫熊猫》,最能体现多模态对动画影片的图像制作分析和观众的影响。本论文旨在从多模态语篇分析视角对比中国《西游记之大圣归来》和美国《功夫熊猫》两部动画电影。《功夫熊猫》在北美上映首周,拿下周末冠军,风靡全世界,精彩绝伦的视听效果让观众印象深刻,吸引全世界无数学者研究它。故事讲述肥胖滑稽的熊猫立志成为神龙战士,保卫和平谷及百姓。《西游记之大圣归来》在中国内地上映获得十亿人民币票房,获得国产动画电影海外的最高销售记录。故事讲述大圣战胜妖怪,重获英雄本色的故事。两部动画电影同一主题都是表现“英雄本色”,但是分别采用两种不同的图像“功夫熊猫”和“猴王”来展现构建意义。图像建构意义的过程中,不同的动作、声音及对话采用与之相对应的模态来表现。此对比研究能有助于论证意义建构的有效过程,揭示中美文化差异。本研究将重点对两部动画的动作、颜色、尺寸、色度和声音等多模态话语进行研究,并运用视觉语法和张德禄的模态协...
