装饰建材放射性无损检测及评价方法研究

【摘要】:根据g衰变纲图,研究将g射线强度的测量问题转化为表面a射线的强度测量问题,从而实现建材的快速无损检测。进行了各类建材表面a、b辐射水平和其天然放射性核素g比活度关系的研究和不同饰材表面b辐射水平的饱和厚度研究。结果发现:由于天然放射系中最大能量b粒子的射程大于单块饰材,不能用表面b辐射水平进行无损检测判断;花岗石的表面a辐射水平与外照射指数的拟合关系为:Ig= 0.38+49.84a+288.24a2,拟合曲线和实测值的符合率为95%;抛光砖的表面a辐射水平与外照射指数的拟合关系为:Ig=0.42+343.55a 32999.66a2,拟合曲线和实测值的符合率为90%。积累更多的数据将进一步提
[Abstract]:According to the g decay diagram, the measurement of g ray intensity is transformed into the surface a ray intensity measurement, so that the fast nondestructive testing of building materials can be realized. The relationship between the radiation level of aqb and the g specific activity of natural radionuclides and the saturation thickness of the b radiation level on the surface of various kinds of building materials were studied The results show that because the range of the largest energy b particle in the natural radiation system is larger than that of the single piece of material, the surface b radiation level cannot be used for nondestructive testing. The fitting relation between the surface a radiation level of granite and the external radiation index is: 1: IgR = 0.38 49.84a 288.24a2, the coincidence rate between the fitting curve and the measured value is 95, and the fitting relation between the surface a radiation level of polished tiles and the external radiation index is 0.42 343.55a 32999.66a2, the fitting curve of the curve is: 0.42 343.55a, 32999.66a2 The coincidence rate between the line and the measured value is 90.
