操纵论视角下理雅各与许渊冲《诗经》英译本的对比研究

　　本文借助当代翻译研究学派重要学者安德烈·勒菲弗尔的制约翻译与改写理论，通过对中国古代文化典籍《诗经》的两个英译本（理雅各译本和许渊冲译本）的比较研究，探讨影响《诗经》英译的因素及表现形式。《诗经》是中国最早的诗歌总集，是华夏文化的源头和中国古典诗歌的雏形，同时也是儒家经典之一。其语言独特，风格朴实自然，形象地反映了中国古代政治状况和民情风俗，在中国文化中占据着相当重要的地位，这也是《诗经》备受关注的原因之一。在一百余年内，仅英译本数量便达到十余种，本文选取两个不同时代（19世纪70年代、20世纪90年代）、不同国籍（英国、中国）、不同身份（传教士、翻译家）的译者颇具代表性的译本作为研究对象，从勒菲弗尔所提出的操作理论视角展开比较性研究，以期对世界诗经学的发展贡献一份心力。勒菲弗尔提出了意识形态、诗学及赞助人对译者对文本和翻译策略的选择及译作的出版等都会产生影响，并结合实例进行了有力论证，称翻译即对原文的改写。不同时代的社会历史和文化语境可能千差万别，因此，不同时代译者的翻译往往会为了迎合读者的需要而受到主流意识形态和诗学的操纵。本文共有六章。第一章主要介绍论文的研究背景，目的，意义以及...
